Please read the following before submitting an enquiry.
Every POETAILOR piece is created as a one-off work.

1. Originality & Style

  • All work is created for the individual. We do not repeat the same design or copy other artists’ work.

  • POETAILOR focuses on freehand / abstract / fluid structures. Enquiries are reviewed for stylistic fit.

2. Booking Process & Deposit

  • After you submit the form, we will reply by email within 3–5 working days.

  • Once the direction and estimated time are confirmed, a deposit is required within 48 hours to secure the appointment. The deposit is fully credited toward the final payment and is non-refundable.

  • Please give at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule. Late changes or no-shows may result in loss of the reserved slot.

3. On the Day of Session

  • Arrive rested and avoid alcohol before the session.

  • Further details will be confirmed after the booking is secured.
